Processing & Production
Orders are processed within 1 hour of purchase, followed by 2–7 business days of production before your order ships.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days (roughly 1–3 weeks) from the order date for all customers, regardless of location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Returns & Refunds
No Returns or Exchanges
Because every item is custom made to order specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, sizing issues, or change of mind. All sales are final.
Wrong Item Received
Refunds are only issued if the wrong item was shipped to you. If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item received
We will review your request and issue a refund if the error is confirmed.
No Other Refunds
No other returns, exchanges, or refunds are offered outside of the wrong-item policy described above.
